Mini Pasteuriser - Yogurtizer
With these small pasteurisers it is possible to pasteurise milk and produce cheese, cottage cheese and yoghurt. Suitable for heating up to 90 °C.
Description
This appliance works on the principle of bain-marie heating and consists of an external tank in which the water is used to transmit the heat, and an internal tank into which the milk is poured.
Heating takes place by means of an electric heater placed at the bottom of the external tank.
Cooling, on the other hand, is done by flowing water into the external tank.
A thermostat is used to bring the milk to the desired temperature and maintain it indefinitely.
On the lid is the agitator unit and the milk thermometer (analogue).

- double stainless steel tank (externally insulated on the MPY-050 and MPY-100, optional on the MPY-025)
- electrical resistance with water presence probe
- electronic thermostat
- lid with electric stirrer (removable) and milk thermometer
- cooling water inlet and outlet connections
