Subject of Data Processing

The Data Controller will process your personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purposes and, in any case, for no longer than five years after the termination of the service-related relationship.

Data Access

Your data may be made accessible, for the purposes stated above:

  • To employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their roles as appointed personnel, internal data processors, and system administrators;
  • To third-party companies or other entities (such as banks, professional firms, consultants, insurance companies for insurance services, etc.) that perform outsourced activities on behalf of the Data Controller, acting as external data processors.

Data Communications

Without requiring your explicit consent (pursuant to Art. 24, letters a), b), d) of the Privacy Code and Art. 6, letters b), c) of the GDPR), the Data Controller may communicate your data for the aforementioned purposes to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, and other entities to whom data disclosure is required by law. These entities will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers. Your personal data will not be publicly disclosed.
