Mini-dairy with electric heating
With these mini dairies it is possible to pasteurise milk and produce cheese and yoghurt. Suitable for heating up to 96 °C and cooling down to 25-30 °C (lower temperatures can be achieved by connecting an external chilled water generator).
Description
The tank consists of a stainless steel triple wall. In the outer cavity there is thermal insulation, while in the inner cavity (honeycomb type) there is water used for heating and cooling processes.
This solution allows a high operating economy as the volume of water in the cavity represents only about 5% of the volume of milk being processed.
Heating takes place by means of electrical resistances. Cooling takes place indirectly through a heat exchanger and using running water.
Equipment:
- control panel with touch screen for implementing thermal processes in automatic mode. It allows the automatic execution of user-programmable heating, cooling, pause and maintenance cycles.
- stirrer with fixed speed (22 rpm).
- product discharge with butterfly valve
- tilting device to facilitate unloading
- lid (hinged with gas spring from 200 l upwards)
- heat exchanger
- recirculation pump and safety devices
Options:
ME-xxx/1: cheese kit consisting of planetary and double or triple lyre
ME-xxx/2: 24-hour circular type temperature chart recorder built into the control panel.
ME-xxx/3: variable speed agitator from 2 to 44 rpm via electronic inverter. Adjustment is by means of a potentiometer on the control panel.
ME-xxx/4: support frame that raises the drain 65 cm above the floor.
ME-xxx/5: walkable elevated platform with ladder: allows access to the mini-desk and unloading directly onto tables.
ME-xxx/6: hot water auxiliary inlet (allows the use of externally generated hot water from: steam boiler, solar system, pellet boiler, etc.)
ME-xxx/7: “Z” agitator, allows agitation with closed lids on machines equipped with the cheese kit (option /1)
ME-xxx/8: single-phase power supply at 115V/1/50Hz or 60Hz or 230V/1/50Hz or 60Hz
ME-xxx/9: 230V/3/50Hz or 60Hz three-phase power supply
ME-xxx/10: enlarged agitator (75% of tank diameter)
ME-xxx/11: wheels
ME-xxx/65: DN65 oversized exhaust (replacing the standard DN50)
ME-xxx/80: DN80 oversized drain (replacing the standard DN50 or DN65)
