Stainless Steel Cheese Washer
This machine is used to brush and/or wash cheese wheels during the maturing period.
Description
Entirely made of AISI 304 steel, complete with trolley with stainless steel wheels and lockable lid (with self-washing function).
Ideal for cleaning mould from ripening cheeses, it can also be used for oiling the cheeses themselves. It is equipped with a continuous washing system for the rotating brush (spray and/or immersion) and a system for manually adjusting the height of the work surface according to the required brushing force.
Three grades of brush hardness are available according to the type of shape to be processed. Brush replacement is quick and easy without dismantling the motor shaft.

- Washing tank with clean water connection and dirty water outlet
- Nylon brush
- Electric motor for brush drive. Rot. speed 400 rpm
- EC control panel
- Support on wheels

SLF-xxx/1: electronic speed control system 20-400 rpm
SLF-xxx/Sxx: replacement brush L15cm with bristles thickness: 0.5 / 0.8 / 1.2 mm (xx= 05, 08, 12).
