Vacuum/gas tray and pouch sealer

Stainless steel heat sealer with interchangeable mouldsambiables.Suitable for packing trays and cupsyoupreformed with compatible closure film. The macchina is inalso able to seal envelopes.When sealing, it is possible to selectthe type ofpackaging: vacuum, vacuum+gas, gas only opas wellwelding only.The materials making up the containers can beand variousnature: PP, PET, PS, aluminium and cardboard toccoordinated.The soldering plate is flat and therefore does not needto bechanged in the event of a format change.The bottom plate (mould) must be suitable for thecontainer and must therefore be changed every time theformat. Theformat change, however, only needs a fewiseconds.Welding takes place through heat and pressureionmanually exerted by the operator on the largehandlefrontal.The machine is equipped with a temperature regulator.a inso as to adapt the soldering temperature to the materialschosen by the customer.Should the customer wish to use non standard,by providing samples, it is possible to make the stampi suitability
