Description
Stainless steel thermo-sealing machine with interchangeable anticorodal aluminium moulds Suitable for packaging trays and pre-formed trays with compatible sealing film. Container materials can be of various kinds: PP, PET, PS, aluminium and laminated cardboard.
The cover material is wound on a reel and is placed on a roller, the unwinding of this material on the container is done by an electric motor in the CTA-300 model and manually in the CTM-300 model. The sealing plate is flat and therefore does not need to be changed in
case of format change.
The bottom plate (mould) must fit the container and must therefore be changed every time the format is changed. The format change, however, only takes a few seconds.
In the automatic CTA-300 version, the sealing of the film on the tray is done by inserting the lower mould cassette.
In the manual CTM-300 version, welding is performed by the operator manually pressing the large handle
front. In both models, film cutting takes place simultaneously with the
welding. The machine is equipped with a temperature regulator to adapt the welding temperature to the materials chosen by the customer and with a timer that warns of the end of welding.

If the customer wishes to use its own trays, moulds can be made by supplying samples
suitable (10-20 samples are needed).
