Construction:
- AISI 304 stainless steel inner tank and outer casing
- Sloping bottom for full discharge.
- Total primary surface evaporator with maximum efficiency.
- Thick insulation with environmentally friendly polyurethane foam (CFC-free)
- Hinged lid for easy access for internal cleaning.
- Drain valve DN 50.
Cooling unit:
- Cooling without ice formation even at low fill levels
- Direct expansion.
- Refrigerant gas R404a on all models
- Meets the requirements of ISO Class 5708 BIl
Electrical system:
- Computer for managing all functions: temperature control and display, programmable stirring, programmable plant start-up, electrical outputs for remote alarms.
- Complete with power cord and standardised plug.
- Power supply: 400 V three-phase + Neutral - 50 Hz
