Description
An electronic ultrasonic instrument designed for fast and low-cost milk analysis. The instrument is capable of measuring fat content, dry residue, protein, milk density and added water, among other parameters. Equipped with three channels for the measurement of the following milk types (to be defined when ordering):
- raw cow's milk
- raw goat milk
- raw sheep's milk
- raw buffalo milk
- pasteurised milk
- % fat in cream (size up to 45%)
- serum

Non-fatty solids: 3 to 40% ± 0.15%

Protein: 2 to 7% ± 0.15%

Added water: 0 to 70% ± 3%
Milk sample temperature: 1 ÷ 40 °C
