Micro Ice Water Generator

Description

These ICE STORAGE WATER CENTRALISES are pre-assembled monobloc units. Their stainless steel construction makes them particularly suitable for installation within the working environment.
The chilled water tank consists of a robust stainless steel structure, which contains: - The lower part contains the refrigeration system, complete with all components and control devices, the chilled water pump and the electrical panel.

Composition:
- AISI 304 stainless steel inner tank
- Injected polyurethane foam insulation.
- AISI 304 stainless steel outer casing.
- Painted steel base.
- Carter panels (quick release) in AISI 304 stainless steel mesh.
- 0.25 kW blower
- Evaporator made of AISI 304 stainless steel tube.
- Condensing unit with hermetic R404a gas compressor.
- Complete refrigeration system with accessories and controls.
- Chilled water delivery electric pump.
- Centralised electrical panel complete with controls and protections.
- Electronic digital thermometer/thermostat for water temperature control.

Advantages:
Compared to systems without storage (as, for example, chillers are), the advantages include:
- Minimised overall installation cost by reducing plant capacity
- Minimal operating costs because peak consumption and associated tariff penalties are avoided
- Maximum safety as the freezing of the water in the tank does not create breakdowns and failures as in the Chillers, but is the basis of its operation
- Maximum reliability because even in the event of a failure, the accumulator can allow operation until the specialist technician intervenes

Technical characteristics:
Power supply: 230V/1/50Hz
