Pneumatic dosing unit
The DVP-xxx are volumetric dosers for liquid or semi-dense products.
Description
Made entirely of AISI 316 and AISI 304 stainless steel, they are suitable for working in humid and corrosive environments. All mechanical parts are easy to assemble and sanitise.
The machine includes: stainless steel table base, dosing adjustment, dosing suction speed adjustment, pneumatic foot control valve, washing mode selector, pot height/width adjustment unit.
They are available in different configurations: with interchangeable valves for liquid or semi-liquid products; product feed with cylindrical hopper or stainless steel hose holder for direct suction from tank or vat.
