Refrigerated and maturing cells
Small prefabricated minicells made of sandwich-type modular panels, easy and quick to assemble, with locking inside the cell by means of reversible eccentric hooks.
Description
This coupling system allows the cell to be disassembled and reassembled in another location if required.
Self-extinguishing polyurethane foam insulation, injected between supports at an average density of 40 kg/m3.
It can be supplied with or without a floor.
Features:
Panel thickness mm 60.
Wall and ceiling elements clad in food-grade, self-extinguishing, smooth white fibreglass, particularly recommended for storing products with an aggressive nature such as cheese, fish products and fresh meat;
External heights available: mm 2400 standard (2200 or 2600 on request)
Non-slip walking surface in accordance with accident prevention regulations, made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, available for different load capacities.
Special tub structure with sanitary rounded internal corners in wall/floor and wall/ceiling junctions.
Hinged outward swinging door, mounted on door panel, complete with handle with internal safety release and key lock. Net clearance mm 700x1970h.
Wall-mounted (or ceiling-mounted) ventilated monoblock refrigeration unit or alternatively split unit with static or ceiling-mounted ventilated evaporator.
Options: silenced and/or tropicalised refrigeration unit, moisture meter (with or without control), seasoning control unit, etc.
