For forming rectangular or cylindrical blocks of butter of the following weights: 250, 500, 1000 and 2000 g.
All made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Description
Complete with:
- Double-screw extruder
- Foot pedal device for starting and stopping the extruder.
- Adjustable cutting length (manual).
- 1 extruder mould (any type)
Options:
PB-200/xxx: additional mould (xxx = see table below)
