Reversible Self-priming Pumps with Flexible Impeller
Stainless steel pumps with flexible impeller and low RPM, particularly suitable for transferring delicate and fragile, viscous fluids, even with bodies in suspension.
The flexible blades of the impeller deform and suck the liquid into the pump, transferring it continuously to the outlet (discharge).
This principle combines gentle pumping and high self-priming capacity.
Performance: excellent performance even at low rpm allows the transfer of delicate and fragile, viscous fluids of up to 50,000 cp even with bodies in suspension without aerating, emulsifying and damaging solid parts.
Self-priming: automatic suction of product up to 6 m deep even when dry.
Reversible: operates in both directions of rotation, allowing any excess liquid to flow out without manual intervention and facilitating emptying of pipes at the end of transfers. Pulsation-free product transfer (continuous flow excellent for dosing, filling and filtration).
Possible applications:
Food: beer, fruit juice and pulp, honey, liquid sugar, syrups, glucose, milk, butter, yoghurt, liquid eggs, oil, tomato sauce, brine, etc.
Oenological: wine, must and destemmed grapes), chemical (starch, water-based glues, emulsions, glycerine, wax, detergents, rubber latex, photographic liquids, polyelectrophyte, paints, inks, industrial effluents, etc.), and chemical (starch, water-based glues, emulsions, glycerine, wax, detergents, rubber latex, photographic liquids, polyelectrophyte, paints, inks, industrial effluents, etc.).
Cosmetics and pharmaceuticals: liquid soaps, detergents, shampoos, creams, etc...
Options:
PGF-xxx/1: BY-PASS (by adjusting the by-pass opening, the pump flow rate can be reduced)
Single-phase 230 V/50 Hz
