THE INVENTAGRI PROJECT: FROM THE LAND TO THE TABLE

The analysis of the persisting economic and nutritional problems in the world has led us to understand that it is impossible to tackle the single necessities within the agro-alimentary industry without having an overall vision that analyses in detail the various stages of alimentary production FROM THE LAND TO THE TABLE.

By studying the world food situation we can certainly observe that the main problems are found in those countries or geographical areas where the development in agro-zootechnic and food preservation is less advanced.

The fact that this is a current problem yet to be solved is clear to everyone and it concerns the whole world: the continuous migration from the poorer areas to the richer ones is now a part of everyday news. This phenomenon can be viewed in a macroscopic way considering illegal immigration between one country and another, or in a microscopic way considering how mountainous areas become abandoned for the lowlands.

What are the reasons for this phenomenon? Certainly on an international level hunger and wars play an important role, but there is only one common reason: the search for improved well-being and increased wealth.

Over the last 50 years various governments and institutions have vainly tried to solve this situation by investing enormous amounts of capital and human resources. The only result has been the widening of the gap that exists between the richer nations and the poorer ones (internet itself is increasing this gap).

Why have these attempts failed? Because of trying to export the advanced technology of the richer more developed nations to the poorer nations without taking into consideration the cultural divergence and the different structure of the existing societies.

The Inventagri project involves the use of a strategy which is the complete opposite to that which the various governments and institutions have adopted up until now, namely: it is the technology that is used to serve man not man that is used to serve technology.

Just as the Copernican revolution placed the sun at the centre of the universe, we believe that it is essential to put man back in the centre of the technological orbit so that it is the technology that adapts to the traditions and specific alimentary habits of each population.

Taking this into consideration we have used our many years of experience to produce machines and technology that are versatile and multi-functional in order to solve the most varied world food problems, regardless of the cultural background of the populations. We thus give them the opportunity to tackle and solve the nutritional problems and to create economic capital gain by transforming, conserving and marketing their own products.
