POLYFOOD: Computer and Printer

Computer:

The POLYFOOD is equipped with a programmable electronic regulator with which the thermal processes can be made to operate semi-automatically. Up to nine programs can be stored, each of which comprises four phases (Step 1 - Step 4). For each phase, you can program the temperature to be reached and the time required to reach it, or to pause for a defined time. The temperature of the liquid under process is reed from a temperature probe connected to the SDR.

Printer:

The printer (with ink ribbon cartridge) use normal paper (the type used in the table calculators). Both manual or automatic printings are possible.
