With these mini dairies is possible to pasteurize
milk and produce cheeses and yoghurt.
Description:
The mini dairy basin is constituted by a triple wall in inox steel. In the
outside interspace is the thermal isolation, while in the internal
interspace (honey-comb type) is filled with water used for the processes of
heating and cooling. The honey comb interspace
performs a high running cost economy because the quantity of water inside
the walls is only a 5% of the total milk capacity of the vat.
In
the ME-xxx models the heating takes place by means of an electric
resistance connected to the interspace.
In
the MR-xxx models the heating takes place by means of a remote hot
water heater generator.
On both models the cooling takes place using
running water or can be connected to an ice bank to achieve lower
temperatures. |

Features
of Models:

Computer with 4 programs for the driving of
thermal processes in manual or automatic mode. Allows the automatic execution of
cycles of heating, cooling, pauses and maintenance, programmable by the user.
- Fixed speed electric agitator (22 rpm).
- Discharge flapper valve
- Tilting device for easy full discharge.
- Stainless steel lid with hinge and spring
- Heat exchanger
- Circulation pump + safety devices
Options:
/1: CHEESE KIT (Planetarium + Harp)
/2: TEMPERATURE CHART RECORDER (circular type on 24 hours disk, inserted in the
command board).
/3: VARIABLE SPEED AGITATOR from 2 to 44 rpm through electronic inverter. The
regulation takes place for means of a pot placed on the command board.
/4: SUPPORT FRAME that brings the height of the discharge to 1 mt allowing to
directly discharge on the tables.
/5: PLATFORM with stairs (discharge height = 1 mt.).
